On December 12, 2025, a delegation from Can Tho University (CTU) participated in the event “DIGITAL MOVE Day 2025”, organised by Nha Trang University. The event brought together universities that are members of the DIGITAL MOVE project, along with representatives from higher education institutions, management agencies, and technology enterprises in the South Central region of Vietnam.

With the message “Digital transformation to build a smart university – Spreading digital knowledge together with DIGITAL MOVE,” Digital-Move Day 2025 not only highlighted the project’s key achievements but also opened up practical opportunities for cooperation in digital resource sharing and human resource development in the digital era. Participation in the event further reinforced Can Tho University’s active role as a member of the DIGITAL MOVE project, while contributing to the shared objective of disseminating effective and sustainable digital transformation models in higher education.
DIGITAL MOVE Day 2025 was implemented based on the outcomes agreed upon at the consortium meeting of the Erasmus+ DIGITAL MOVE project held in Slovakia in October 2025. The event served as an academic forum for exchanging perspectives and sharing practical experiences in digital transformation in higher education, thereby strengthening cooperation and promoting the dissemination of effective digital transformation models among participating institutions.
During the event, Can Tho University participated in discussion sessions and professional exchanges with project member institutions, including Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Da Nang University, Tay Nguyen University, Nha Trang University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. During these sessions, CTU shared its experiences in implementing digital transformation in training activities, with a particular focus on the development of hybrid learning models, the upgrading of online courses, and the effective use of the LMS platform (CTU e-Learning) to enhance interaction, support self-directed learning, and improve learners’ digital competencies.
In addition to the professional sessions, the poster exhibition showcasing digital technology products and digital transformation models attracted considerable attention from delegates, lecturers, and students. Interactive activities, hands-on experiences, and the voting of initiatives through digital platforms contributed to fostering innovation and promoting the dissemination of digital knowledge within the higher education community.
