On September 16, 2025, Can Tho University (CTU) hosted the Closing Ceremony of the credit transfer program for students from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), Japan. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Le Van Lam, Vice Rector of CTU, along with representatives from affiliated units and students from Japan.

In his remarks, Dr. Le Van Lam extended congratulations to the nine Japanese students who successfully completed their exchange program at CTU. He expressed his hope that the TUAT students had a rewarding experience and an effective learning journey during their time in Can Tho City. CTU remains committed to welcoming Japanese students back for future academic exchanges and cultural engagement. 

Representing the TUAT students, representatives shared heartfelt reflections on their time at CTU, expressing sincere gratitude to CTU and appreciation for the bonds formed throughout the program. The students also noted that the exchange experience helped them build new friendships and gain greater confidence in communication.

The Closing Ceremony marked the successful conclusion of the credit transfer program with TUAT. The initiative has significantly contributed to academic exchange and strengthened the collaborative partnership between CTU and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. It also reaffirmed the CTU’ shared commitment to educational integration, global knowledge development, and international connectivity.
