Established in 1991, College of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Cantho University is one of the top-ranking ICT colleges in the country. College of ICT has 06 departments and 01 Electronics and Informatics Center. The College possesses 128 staff members, in which 24 people have doctoral degrees. It offers 11 training programs, including 7 undergraduate programs, 03 master’s programs and 01 doctoral program with a total of nearly 3,000 students. College of ICT keeps close linkages with more than 30 domestic and international companies in ICT and a considerable number of universities and institutes from Taiwan, Japan, the U.S., France, the Netherlands, Thailand, Korea, etc.
In order to expand cooperation with partners across the world to foster the development in the field of ICT, on March 24th, 2007, College of ICT held a signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jinotech Company, Korea with its strength in E-learning and open source software development and distribution.

The MoU was signed with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the two sides, contributing to the development of education, academic research, and the software development and service industry through a mutual academic-industrial collaboration system. Main areas of cooperation are joint research; joint use of research equipment and facilities; provision of on-the-job training and facilities for students, staff; technology transfer and marketing promotion for the development products.
